Used for real-time online monitoring of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions from industries such as petrochemical, painting, injection molding, coatings, textile, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and automobile manufacturing.

The system uses a high-temperature-resistant diaphragm pump to extract exhaust gas, which is then pre-treated for dust removal before being sent to the gas chromatograph for analysis. By combining catalytic oxidation and FID principles, it can quickly and effectively obtain monitoring data.

The AG-NMHC07 non-methane total hydrocarbons analyzer adopts a dual-path measurement mode: one path measures methane value, and the other measures total hydrocarbons value. In one path, the sample gas passes through the total hydrocarbons channel and finally enters the FID to produce the total hydrocarbons signal; in the other path, the sample gas passes through the catalytic chamber, where all components except CH4 are catalytically oxidized to H2O and CO2, and then enters the FID to generate the CH4 signal. The difference between the total hydrocarbons value and the methane value gives the non-methane total hydrocarbons value.
