Product Description
High Temperature Extraction Method Online Analyzer CEMS for SO2 NOx 

>>Overview
It can monitor the real-time concentration of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants in exhaust gases from fixed pollution sources (such as boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerators, etc.), suitable for high-humidity, low-concentration environments.

CEMS typically consists of three main components: the gaseous pollutant monitoring unit (SO2, NO, NO), the flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, O2, humidity), and the data acquisition and processing unit.

The sample gas passes through a high-temperature heating pipeline, is filtered by a two-stage dust filter, and directly enters the gas chamber in the analyzer. The gas chamber is placed inside a high-temperature box and connected via UV fiber optics to a UV differential analyzer for flue gas measurement.

The AG-UVII3 flue gas analyzer consists of components such as a light source, gas chamber, spectrometer, HMI module, interface board, temperature sensor, electrochemical oxygen sensor, and expandable modules. 

Based on conventional Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS), the analyzer processes spectral data using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) algorithm. The combined measurement chamber design offers high accuracy, powerful functionality, and easy maintenance. It integrates a high-performance microprocessor, with embedded software that enables signal processing, data calculation, real-time monitoring, and functions such as keyboard operation, LCD display, alarms, and settings in the human-machine interface.
