Flue Gas SO2 NO NO2 CO CO2 Continuous Emission Monitoring System
>>Overview
It can monitor the real-time concentration of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants in the exhaust gases from fixed pollution sources (such as boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerators, etc.), enabling regulatory oversight of emissions at the source.
A CEMS typically consists of three main components: the gaseous pollutant monitoring unit (SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO), the flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, O2, humidity), and the data acquisition and processing unit.
The sample gas is heated through a high-temperature heating pipeline, dusted by a two-stage filter, and after being dewatered by a two-stage condensation system, directly enters the gas chamber in the analyzer. The gas chamber is placed inside the analyzer and connected to the UV differential analyzer via UV fiber optics for flue gas measurement.
